Workflow

New projects start with an intake meeting to get to know you and your business. We set a goal and key configurations of your site. I then follow an iterative process, which is detailed below. This approach aims to get your site online as quickly as possible, introducing features as needed.

Planning

Requirements are created from the initial goal set during the intake meeting. We brake them down into smaller pieces and prioritise them for the upcoming iteration.

Iteration

Development starts on agreed points from the planning meeting. The development phase includes design and asset creation of required. Timely reviews give you the opportunity to provide feedback on ongoing work.

Delivery

It takes only a matter of minutes for your site to be online. We then follow up with the delivery meeting, reflecting on the delivered iteration and discuss future plans.
